Very loose weaves and natural fibers (cotton, wool) may tend to fray on the edges since they do not heat seal. Most COM's can also be used for tackboards and cushions. Samples and specifications may be sent to Customer Service for confirmation of suitability. Veneers All of our veneers are backed, flexed, and prefinished with flexible coatings. Color and species matches can be provided for ongoing programs or sizeable projects; for example, at least 100 pcs. for lateral file fronts. Vinyls Most laminating vinyls and even upholstery vinyls can be used for Facements. Please send samples to Customer Service for verification. COM upholstery vinyls can also be used for pedestal cushions. Leather Most COM leathers work very well on pedestal cushions. Leather Facements can also be produced. Finished cut sizes must be attainable from overall hide size. High Pressure Laminate Because of brittleness, sharp edges, and pointed corners, high pressure laminates are not offered as Facements.
